Preset Entertainment Options in Giggio

How to Create a List of Entertainment Options in Giggio

You can streamline event creation in Giggio by setting up a predefined list of entertainment options. This allows you to select from a dropdown menu instead of typing manually each time - saving time and ensuring consistency across your records.

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Entertainment Options
 

1. Go to Settings from the top right menu.

2. Scroll to Event Presets section

  • Find the section labeled Entertainment Options. This is where you'll define the options available for event records

3. Enter Your Options

  • Type each entertainment option you offer (e.g. Gold Package, Aftier Dinner Show)
  • After typing each one, click Add To List
  • You can add as many as you like

Where This Appears

Once set up, these entertainment types will be available on the Event Page and will appear as you start to type in the ‘entertainment‘ field. This will speed up data entry, keep your event records consistent and reduces the chance of typos or variation (e.g. "DJ" vs. "dj")
