Scheduled Emails

Scheduled emails in Giggio let you automatically send a custom email to your client on a specific date. Perfect for reminders, follow-ups, or pre-event confirmations — without lifting a finger on the day!


Before you start
Before setting up a scheduled email, you must create a Custom Email Template.

Use Case Example

Let’s say you want to send an email to your client one week before their event - just to let them know you're ready. You can set this up, and Giggio will do the rest!

Step by Step: Scheduling An Email


1. Go to the Event Page

  • Open the specific Event Record
  • Click on the Emails tab

2. Schedule the Email

  • In the Scheduled Emails section, open the dropdown menu
  • Select the custom email you’ve already created (e.g. “One Week Reminder”)
  • Choose the Send Date (e.g. 7 days before the event)

3. Personalize and Confirm

  • Click Edit if you want to tweak the email content
  • You’ll see that merge fields like the client name and venue have been automatically completed.
  • When you're happy, click Schedule
     

That’s it your email is now queued to send automatically!


Managing Scheduled Emails

From the Dashboard, you’ll see all your scheduled emails listed.

Click the ✅ to send one immediately.

Click the ❌ to cancel the email and prevent the send.
