Giggio Web Enquiry Form

Giggio provides a customisable web enquiry form that you can easily integrate with your website. This allows enquiries to be:

  • Emailed to you automatically
  • Logged directly into Giggio as Web Enquiries
  • Flagged with colours to track progress
  • Quickly converted into events or followed up with stock responses

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Your Web Enquiry Form
 

1. Navigate to Settings > Enquiries

2. Choose Your Form Fields

  • Tick the checkboxes next to the fields you want to appear on the form
  • Some fields are grayed out and mandatory (they’re required for the form to function properly)
  • Only the selected fields will show up on the final form

3. Add a Service Dropdown (Optional)

  • The Entertainment Required field can be set as a dropdown list
  • Enter your available services (e.g. Gold, Silver, Bronze)
  • Customers will be able to choose from these options when submitting the form

4. Add a Custom Field (Optional)

  • Tick Custom Field
  • Enter a custom header to collect additional information specific to your business
  • Form Appearance and Layout

Choose the form style that will suit your website:

  • Default (grey)
  • White Text (best for dark backgrounds)
  • Black Text (best for light backgrounds)

Customise the Thank-You Message

After a client submits the form, you have two options:

  • Edit the default message that appears
  • Redirect to a custom thank-you page
    • Tick Custom URL
    • Enter the full URL (must start with http:// or https://)
    • Useful for conversion tracking (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics)

Embedding the Form on Your Website

After saving your settings, code will appear at the in the ‘Your Custom Form Code’ box. Copy and paste the code into your website’s HTML where you want the form to appear
 

When you get a submission

You‘ll get an email notification of the enquiry, and it will appear in Giggio in the Web Enquiries section. From here you can view the enquiry, and send Stock Responses.

If the event is going ahead, click ‘Add to Giggio’ to create a client record and an event record so you can generate a contract.
