How to Set Up Web Enquiry Auto Emails
Web Enquiry Auto Emails allow you to set a sequence of emails to automatically send following a client’s enquiry. You choose the timing and the wording. Giggio sends them for you.
This helps you follow up consistently, and increase your booking rate without extra admin.
What this feature does
When a new web enquiry is created in Giggio, in addition the Auto Responder getting sent, you can:
• Schedule one or more follow-up emails
• Stop the sequence automatically once the enquiry is converted
How to set it up
- Go to Settings
- Click Custom Email Templates
- Create the emails you want to use
Then, when you get a Web Enquiry, you can view it, choose the email you want to send, and set the number of days to wait before it sends. Repeat for as many emails as you want to schedule.
Each email in the sequence is saved in order and will trigger automatically based on the timing you set. Scheduled emails will appear on the dashboard, so you can see what’s queued to send.
If you click ‘Add to Giggio’ and create an event from this enquiry, any unsent scheduled messages will be cancelled automatically.
Each email that gets sent will also have a link that a client can click to stop receiving further emails. The wording of this link can be edited in Settings>Enquiries.
Why use Web Enquiry Auto Emails
If you receive 15 to 30 enquiries per month, even one or two additional bookings from consistent follow-up can significantly increase your revenue over a year.
The key is speed and consistency. This feature handles both for you.
