Issues logging In

If you can’t log in, it usually because your username or password is incorrect. If you get your password wrong several times, your account will be locked for 5 minutes. 

If you currently can’t log in, follow these steps.

Wait 5 minutes
If you’ve been trying to login several times, please wait for your account to unlock.

Clear any saved passwords
Autofill on your browser may put an old saved password back in. Please clear any saved for Giggio before continuing.

Check your username
This will not be your email address. Your username is unique, and would have been chosen by you when you created your account.

Find your username
If you can’t remember your username, use this link to find it.
https://gigg.io/getgiggio/lostusername.aspx

Reset your password
Follow this link and insert your username to get a new password:
https://gigg.io/getgiggio/lostpassword.aspx

Log in
A new password will be emailed to you. Copy and paste this in to the login page along with your username. Once logged in, if required, change the password in Settings>General.
