Message: "Sorry. This event is no longer available to be confirmed"

What causes this message to appear on the Online Confirmation Page?

If you click on an event and this message shows:

"Sorry. This event is no longer available to be confirmed"

This is due to the one of the following reasons:

1) The Job Status is either 'Enquiry' or 'Date Held'. In this case, to get the link to show, you'll need to generate a contract. Simply click 'Generate Contract' in the Contracts section of the Event Page.

In order to show the Online Confirmation page, the Job Status needs to be either:
'Contract Issued':  (Awaiting Confirmation from the Client)
'Confirmed': (The Contract has been Agreed)

2) The Event Record has been deleted in Giggio

3) There is a typo in the link or the link is malformed. If this is the case, since the booking cannot be found, your logo will not show at the top, and instead it will show this image:

Check the link is complete, and try again. Sometimes, email security settings can break links when checking them and cause this to happen.
