How to Set Up a Stock Item for Other Services
Giggio allows you to create a library of stock items or services that can be easily added to events via a dropdown menu on the Other Services tab on event page. This is ideal for adding frequently used extras such as equipment, travel, or add-on services.
Creating a Stock Item
- Go to Settings.
- Click on the Events Preset section.
- Scroll to the Other Services area.
- Enter the following details:
- Name of the product or service
- Price
- Tax, if applicable
- Click Add to Library.
The new item will appear in the list below and will be saved in your service library.
Using Stock Items on Event Pages
Once saved, your stock item will be available from a dropdown menu on the Other Services tab of the event page. Simply select it when adding services to an event. The item can be amended before adding it to the event.
