# Putting Multiple Dates on a Contract

If you have up to six events at the same venue, you can group them into a single contract using Giggio’s ‘Add Linked Event’ feature. Here’s how:

1.  Create your first event  
    Enter all the details for the first date in the series, then click Save.
2.  Add a linked event  
    Click the ‘Add Linked Event’ button.![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/c5e1789c-3a0a-4285-a6c4-e0e918321383)  
    This creates a new event that’s automatically linked to the first one.
3.  Update the new event  
    Change the date and adjust any details needed for the second event, then Save.
4.  Repeat as needed  
    You can repeat this process to link up to six events in total.

  
All linked dates will appear in a list below the client details on the event page. When you generate a contract, all linked events will be included—along with the corresponding details on the invoice.
