# How to Automate Invoices in Giggio

**Overview**  
Giggio can automatically generate and send invoices for your events. You can choose when each invoice is created and sent, so you never have to worry about forgetting.

**Steps**

Open the **Event Page**.

Scroll to the **Invoices** section at the bottom.

You will see separate tickboxes for the **Deposit Invoice** and the **Main Invoice**.

For each invoice you want to automate:

Tick **Auto Generate and Send**.

Choose when the invoice should be generated:

When the contract is agreed online, or

On a specific future date.

**Result**  
Giggio will automatically generate and send the deposit, the main invoice, or both, depending on your settings.
