# How to Add an Agency Booking in Giggio

Confirming using a third party contract

If you're working with an entertainment agent who provides their own contract, Giggio allows you to confirm the booking **without issuing your own contract**. This feature keeps everything streamlined while still tracking important details like the agent’s reference number.

### **Step-by-Step: Adding an Agency Booking**

**1\. Log In and Set up the Agency as a Client**

**2\. Create a new Event Record**

**3\. Select the Agent as the Client**

**4\. Enter the Booking Details**

- Fill in all the relevant event details (date, time, venue, etc.)

**5\. Record the Agent’s Contract Reference**

- In the contracts section, click on **Contract Received from Agent**
- A field will appear where you can enter the **Agent’s reference number** from their issued contract.

**6\. Click Confirm**

The event will now be marked as **confirmed** in Giggio — without generating your own contract

When it’s time to send an invoice the **Agent’s reference number** will automatically appear on the invoice. This helps the agent match your invoice with their booking and ensures timely payment.

**Summary**

Using the **Agency Booking** feature in Giggio helps you:

- Handle bookings from entertainment agents more efficiently

- Skip the contract step when the agent has already issued one

- Keep everything clean and traceable with their booking reference included
